BECOMING MORE OURSELVES

(A DAY IN THE DEZ)

APRIL 4

If you're needing/desiring time and space out of your regular rhythm—slower, more intentional, deep and light, woo-woo but not bypass-y—A Day in the Dez with Dana & Leah will meet you where you need it most.

Together, we'll slow down, practice grounded resilience, cultivate your curiosity, get playful and wild (with a lot of laughter), and help you build your individual & our collective capacity for the path ahead.

No livestream, no online option (SOrry, nOT sorry). We'll come together in-person, on the land.

Praise for the work

I so appreciate the magical container that Dana & Leah shaped for us, I was truly able to be present, I learned so much from everyone, and I felt so seen and held and cared for. My cup was overflowing by the time we all said goodbye, and I will treasure the time spent here for a long time to come.

— Jackie P.

I'm incredibly grateful for the work Leah and Dana are doing to bring people closer to their most authentic selves. It was a perfect blend of meditations, storytelling, self reflection, sharing and deep relational work. Enter into a non-judgemental portal of guidance and exploration rooted in growth and healing of all.
